2. Service description
Thelma is an investment decision-support platform that offers:
- AI-assisted financial asset analyses
- Portfolio tracking
- Educational content (Academy)
- Free tools and simulators
- AI assistant (depending on subscription)
3. Registration and user account
Access to the platform requires creating an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Be an adult individual (18 years minimum)
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
- Immediately notify any unauthorised access
4. Subscriptions and billing
Thelma offers a free plan and paid plans (Starter, Pro, Premium). Prices are listed on the Pricing.
- Billing is monthly or annual depending on your choice
- Payment is charged at the beginning of the period
- You can cancel at any time from your settings
- No partial refund for an ongoing period, except within the 14-day withdrawal period
5. Acceptable use
It is prohibited to use Thelma for:
- Any illegal or fraudulent activity
- Accessing the service by unauthorised automated means
- Reselling or redistributing analyses without authorisation
- Attempting to compromise the security of the platform
6. Intellectual property
All content, algorithms and analyses generated by Thelma are the exclusive property of [COMPANY NAME]. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the service.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Thelma reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of violation of these ToS.
8. Governing law
