2. Products and services

Thelma sells subscription access to its investment decision-support SaaS platform. The available offers (Starter, Pro, Premium) are detailed on the Pricing page. All paid offers are dematerialised digital services.

3. Prices

Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Thelma reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Price changes will be notified by email with at least 30 days' notice before they take effect.

4. Payment terms

Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via our secure payment provider. Payment is due immediately upon subscription. No banking information is stored on our servers.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, you have a period of 14 days from the date of subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is made for the remaining period, except within the right of withdrawal framework.

If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days following your first paid payment, we will fully refund you upon simple request to contact@app-thelma.com.

8. Governing law
